Stop in Order to Grow

Stop in Order to Grow

It's so easy to fall into the trap of trying to do it all, especially when everyone else is doing it. When we look around and see our friends and family having overly busy schedules, we feel like this is just the way life is.

But it doesn't have to be. Choosing to live this way is exactly that, a choice.

It's hard to break the cycle of being overly involved, or taking on more than we can truly handle. We have to pause to evaluate if the way we are living is truly the way we want to live. While we may feel pressure that the rat race is the only way to accomplish things or live a fulfilling life, but in fact the opposite might actually be true.

Sometimes we need to stop in order to grow.
And sometimes in stopping, we actually grow and go further.

Don't be afraid to pause evaluate if your everyday schedules or habits are creating the lifestyle you truly want. After all, our lives are what we make them. Here's to living an intentional life!
